why I built this
My two decade journey
I’ve spent 20 years in early childhood — as an educator, a Director, a centre owner, and now a mentor to over 700 services across Australia.
I bought the centre everyone warned me about.
I rebuilt it — and it became Exceeding.
I’ve lived the pressure, the burnout, the difficult conversations, the moments of doubt… and the joy, pride, culture wins and service transformations.
And across two decades, I learned one thing:
Directors don’t need more work — they need support, clarity and real-world systems that lighten the load.
So I poured everything I’ve learned into this Academy.
Every tool, framework and system I’ve developed over two decades — everything I wish I had, and everything I know works — I give to you inside this Academy.
