What's involved in our Director's Academy?
With over 20 years owning and leading Exceeding services, our Academy is designed for what we wished we had when we first started as a Director.
Starting in March 2025. The goal of this workshop is to empower childcare directors to succeed in their roles and responsibilities confidently and competently by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to create effective resources, understand regulatory requirements, and implement best practices in childcare service management and operations.
It is more than just a workshop of building knowledge of what you have to do, it is the opportunity to take you behind the scenes with the secrets to guide you through HOW to do the role with tried & proven strategies, systems and processes to simplify and maximise your time within each module.
